Images of Yellowstone - Fine Photography

This is a closeup of an area of the Firehole River Falls located in the Firehole River Canyon. It was taken in late spring (early June) when the rivers were full and the falls were abundant. This picture was taken using a medium format camera and Velvia 50, which yields a very large "digital negative" for exceptional prints. Image size is 12.5" x 15" on a 16" x 20" mat and backer.
